SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine II SICAR announces investment in Brand Hospitality S.A., a hotel acquisition vehicle aiming to consolidate hotel business opportunities.

Brand Hospitality is a strategic partnership between SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine II SICAR and Hotel Brain S.A., one of the largest hotel operators in Greece today, currently leasing and operating more than 100 hotels in Greece and Cyprus. The partnership will build a branded hotel chain with primary focus on selected tourist destinations and resort properties.
