George Mavridis
Chairman of the BoD, Founding Managing Partner, Investment Committee Member
George has 27 years of experience in private equity, financial advisory and investment banking. He is a founding managing partner and member of the investment committee of SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine SCA SICAR. He has also held senior management positions in EFG Telesis and EFG Eurobank and has successfully developed two financial advisory firms. He has structured and executed a large number of M&A transactions and advisory projects across a variety of sectors. He also has significant experience in operating, organizational and financial restructurings.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Athens University of Economics and a BA in Business Administration from Aristotles University of Thessaloniki.
Miltos Kornaros
Vice Chairman of the BoD, Managing Partner, Investment Committee Member
Miltos has 25 years of experience in the fields of private equity, investment banking and financial and operational restructuring. He is a managing partner and member of the investment committee of SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine SCA SICAR. He has held senior management positions at EFG Telesis, EFG Eurobank, Marfin Investment Group, Investment Bank of Greece, Singular Logic and Geniki Bank. He has structured and executed complex M&A, equity & debt capital markets transactions, across a variety of sectors both as an advisor and as an investment manager.
He holds a M.Sc. in International Business & Finance from the University of Reading (UK) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the American College of Greece – Deree
Alexander Metallinos
Board Member
Alexander is Partner in Potamitis Vekris law firm. He has extensive experience in banking, financing, energy and corporate law, as well as international arbitration.
He specialises in energy project financing and acquisition financing. In addition, he has done pioneering work in the fields of securitizations, structure finance and financing transactions. He has acted in multiple securitization transactions since the enactment of the Greek Securitization Law (Law 3156/2003), including covered bond issuances and milestone NPL-portfolio related securitizations for the Greek market.
Alexander has participated in various committees for the reform of Greek corporate and insolvency law, including the committee that drafted law 4548/2018 on companies limited by shares (sociétés anonymes) and the committee to draft a new bankruptcy code.

Evi Andrianou
Founding Managing Partner, Investment Committee Member
Evi has 27 years’ experience in the private equity, financial advisory and consulting sector. She has held senior management positions in financial institutions in Greece and has successfully developed two financial advisory firms. She is a founding managing partner and member of the investment committee of SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine SCA SICAR, a private equity fund investing in Greek growth SMEs since 2014. In addition she has executed a large number of transactions mainly for SMEs and MidCaps, offering strategic advice and structuring equity and debt transactions.
She holds an MBA in Finance from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, (US) and a BA in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics

Pantelis Psallidas
Junior Partner
Pantelis has 18 years of experience in private equity, financial advisory and investment banking. He has held senior management positions in EFG Eurobank. He has been involved in several challenging corporate finance and advisory projects, across a variety of sectors and has significant experience in operating, organizational and financial restructurings.
He holds a M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Lancaster (UK) and a BA in Business Administration from University of Piraeus. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Stathis Pothitos
Portfolio Manager / Investment Manager
Stathis has 11 years of professional experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He has been involved in several challenging corporate finance and advisory projects, across a variety of sectors. He has held senior management positions in Piraeus Bank, Grivalia Properties REIC and Praxia Bank.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Athens University of Economics and a B.Sc. in Informatics from Athens University of Economics . He is also a CFA charter holder.
Michalis Kyriakopoulos
Investment Manager
Michael has 11 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking and financial advisory.
Prior to joining SouthBridge, he was a member of the investment banking team of Eurobank where he has advised on a number of Large, Mid and Small-Cap M&A transactions across various sectors. Michael has also spent one year at Deloitte Athens Office, in the Financial Advisory Services unit, where he has been involved in a number of due diligence, independent business review / debt restructuring and business plan projects.
He holds a MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Solon Molho
Risk Manager
Solon has 23 years of experience in financial analysis and strategy. He has held senior management positions in Telesis Securities – EFG Eurobank Securities and Titan Cement.
He holds a MA in Political Sciences from Panteion University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and a B.Sc. In Mathematics with Economics from the University of Sussex (UK). He is also a Certified International Investment Analyst, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, a Member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications and a Member of RICS.
Kimon Saitakis
Compliance Officer / Legal Advisor
Kimon has 14 years of professional experience in corporate law. He is a Civil Law Professor and member of the Athens Bar Association.
He holds a PhD in Law, a LL.M. in Civil Law and a LL.B. in Law, all from the University of Athens, Faculty of Law.

Thymios Vasileiou
Investment Associate
Thymios joined SouthBridge in 2024 with 5 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged and structured finance as well as private equity.
His career began in the Corporate and Investment Banking team of Citi (Paris), where he was involved in large-cap EMEA transactions. Subsequently, he transitioned to the LBO financing team of BNP Paribas Asset Management (Paris – c. €15bn AuM), where he was involved in the underwriting, due-diligence, execution, and monitoring of unsecured private debt investments in both EMEA and North America. Beyond his debt-focused expertise, he contributed to the RE PE Investment team of Quilvest Capital Partners (Paris – c. €7 bn AuM), handling direct and indirect investments across EMEA and Asia. Upon returning to Greece, he spent 2 years in the Structured Finance team of Eurobank before joining Southbridge.
Thymios holds a Masters in Management from HEC Paris and a MSc in Management from the National University of Singapore (double master’s degree). His academic journey began with a bachelor’s (ptychion) in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business, during which he co-founded the AUEB Students Investment & Finance Club and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at BI Norwegian Business School (Oslo).
